But then, I suppose she has more courage than me standing there singing every Sunday.

God bless you.Victor S E Moubarakhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04280638667651857296noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2100862372880209397.post-89785475434696473222016-01-04T15:04:30.331-08:002016-01-04T15:04:30.331-08:00This is hilarious: "she sounds like a cat mak...This is hilarious: "she sounds like a cat making love to a hedgehog." I've heard similar singing :). I guess some people truly can't hear themselves. I know I personally will never find myself on a stage singing into a microphone!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04375614918436725949noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2100862372880209397.post-56360900691944636862016-01-04T14:14:41.893-08:002016-01-04T14:14:41.893-08:00The thing is Cheryl, they probably think and belie...The thing is Cheryl, they probably think and believe they are doing the church a service by singing on Sunday. And in the absence of anyone else volunteering they are there week after week giving the congregation and God a headache.

I'm glad I made you smile, and it's nice to see you visiting again.

God bless you.Victor S E Moubarakhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04280638667651857296noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2100862372880209397.post-24413619437968312102016-01-04T12:21:41.038-08:002016-01-04T12:21:41.038-08:00Oh, my! There are some that I wish would sing "solo" - "so low" that none of us would have to hear it OR "tenor" would be nice - "ten or" twenty miles down the road! Do people not notice when they are so off-key or obnoxious in their singing? I suppose they are tone deaf, or perhaps just so intent on being "seen" that they value the limelight more than their own respectability! Oh, my! You made me laugh on this one, as a few choice "Caruso-types" came to mind! LOL!!!Cherylhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01891257905649460436noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2100862372880209397.post-65240101222737771302016-01-04T06:44:34.031-08:002016-01-04T06:44:34.031-08:00What????
Lights, smokes and acoustics in church? ...What????

Lights, smokes and acoustics in church? That's too far, I think. And here's me complaining about Laryngitis accompanied by a deaf organist. I think the priest let's them be because there's no one else volunteering.

God bless, Lulu.
Victor S E Moubarakhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04280638667651857296noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2100862372880209397.post-53361902455385145342016-01-04T05:39:30.367-08:002016-01-04T05:39:30.367-08:00Some appear to be so tone deaf they do not realize...Some appear to be so tone deaf they do not realize how badly they sound. Have been there and done that in another church long ago. Today in the Contemporary church it has become a floor show--with lights, smoke, acoustics---the whole nine yards. Somehow we need to get reverence back in the picture.
Monday Blessings, Friend!luluhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11520683067915486215noreply@blogger.com
