This will be a quick Q & A - I promise you.
Look in the mirror.
What do you see? A happy cheerful face or one that looks like you've tasted garlic ice cream? Or, as they say around here, a face that looks like a mile of bad road?
Another question - Are you a Christian?
If you are, then you owe it to God and to your soul to be cheerful.
To rejoice.
You have the Good News in your heart.
God loves you.
Jesus died for you.
The Holy Spirit will descend on you if you invite Him.
A Christian should not always look as if he has just attended a funeral.
He should look as if he has heard of the Resurrection and rejoices at the Good News always.

We have to keep our minds on Christ. God bless you, Victor. (Hey, your name says victory! 😃)
ReplyDeleteAmen Sandi. God bless you and your family.
Delete...many see what they want to see.

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed this music!
You'd be surprised how many Christians I know who are always miserable. It is as if they do not really believe the message of Christ.
DeleteGod bless you, Mevely. Keep smiling.
Rejoicing each and every day, Victor, and sharing the Good News with others. Blessings!
ReplyDeleteAmen Martha.

I see a happy face but am surprised how old I look! :). It always surprises me!! :) I am so thankful that I can say, yes, I am a Christian.
ReplyDeleteAge is in the mind, K. It is not a reflection of who you are.

You have the Good News in your heart. - I love that. I think it is critical!
ReplyDeleteYes, my intention in this Blog is to spread the Good News to readers old and new. Hence my Christian books too.

2. Yes, I am definitely a Christian, which as you indicated, is a reason to smile, rejoice even.
Thank you for all the posts you publish and thank you for praying for your readers. I am praying for you, too.
Thank you for your much needed prayers, Barbara. I pray so much for all readers here and for many other people too that the other day God told me to give it a rest so that He can deal with other prayers He receives constantly from the rest of the world.
