Vic on the radio

Years ago I used to present Radio programs; one of which was on a Sunday afternoon entitled Time for Reflections. 

Here's a short clip from one of those programs which brings back fond memories to mind.

    Lord our Loving GOD... Please never let me forget that because of Your Only Begotten Son "Jesus The Christ" "The Kingdom" "The Power" and "The Glory" will eventually also be shared with All His Children if we simply believe that GOD (Good Old Dad) created us in His Own Image and try do His Will...

    Thank You Lord for always taking care of me... poor sick sinner that I am.

      Yes it's me. Years ago I used to present a Christian program called "Time for Reflections" every Sunday. Also another comedy based program called "The Aardvark Show"; because aardvark never hurt anyone!

    Dear Victor! This is wonderful! Thank you ever so much for sharing! I love the story of the ten lepers, and, I have to ask you...is that you singing? It sort of sounds like your speaking voice. I SO needed these words of encouragement, considering all we are facing in our nation right now. You never knew all these years ago how much your words would be needed TODAY! Thank you, my friend.

      Thank you for your kind words. Much appreciated.

      No; it is not me singing. The radio program was about half-an-hour and consisted of me reading from the Bible, or speaking and records played that fitted with the readings. I sometimes had guests attending the studio and either being interviewed or singing live.

      I also presented other comedy programs.

      I'll try and find some more recordings to put here from time to time.

      The world is in turmoil right now, and that's why I believe we should praise God for still being in control of the situation.

      Hi Manny,

      Time has moved on and I left to do something else. At the time, I also used to present (compere) variety shows consisting of singers, musicians and comedy sketches, which I used to write. I did a bit of stand-up comedy and we put on shows for charities and entertained old people in old peoples' homes.

      Then, somehow, I moved on to writing books.
