The thing that made me cross first thing on the BBC news was that the Archbishop of Canterbury, a Protestant of course, will base his Easter sermon to~day on the plan to send illegal migrants to Rwanda in Africa..AND..how much he is against it..and saying how it is in the 'opposite nature of God'..The mans an idiot..Surely there are Protestants out there who wish to celebrate the story of Christ at this time..someone should tell him..IT'S~NOT~JUST~EASTER~EGGS..
I'd like to wish you and yours a Happy Easter to Victor..and to All your followers on this wonderful Blog..Long may it continue..! And..God Bless! π π° π₯ π π° π₯ π π° π₯ π π° π₯
Dearest Victor, Happy Easter to you; knowing you got one more day left... Even if I had no time to visit any blogs, due to a three hour Easter Vigil (chaotic and way too long!) from 20:00-23:00 and this morning up at 7:00 for breakfast and being at the Church for choir practice with the orchestra. Mass was well attended and our songs went well, especially HΓ€ndel's Hallelujah at the end. We then got both invited for an Easter dinner at a friend's home. So we were home late afternoon but feeling happy. Enjoy your 2nd day of Easter! Those fiercely ringing Church bells bring back fond memories of the Old World and it is something we miss over here... Hugs, Mariette
