PLEASE SPARE 5 MINUTES LISTENING TO THIS OLD RECORDING
There are a number of issues on this recording
to which I would appreciate your views.
As a matter of information;
Frs Ignatius and Donald,
and Mrs Davenport,
are characters from my books.
Wonderful reflection, Victor, and it's always a treat to hear your voice. May we all grow in our faith, with God's help!
ReplyDeleteBlessings!
Amen Martha. Thank you for your kind words.
DeleteGod bless you always.
This was wonderful Victor.
ReplyDeleteYou have shared another lovely sermon with us in you comforting voice.
I will reflect upon your words today...thank you~
~God's Blessings~
Thank you so much for your kindness and friendship, Jan.
DeleteGod bless.
You raised some good questions to think about. I stumble too and sometimes I question my faith but have no answers. So, I get up and try again to be stronger. That's all a person can do.
ReplyDeleteThanks Victor!
You are right, Bill. We all stumble and doubt about our faith. The important thing is to keep on believing. Saints were sinners too, but they never gave up trying.
DeleteGod bless you.
Wonderfully thought-provoking. At church this morning, a fellow parishoner shared her personal story - to include 12 (so far!) spinal surgeries and a failing kidney. She only has one kidney, and is in a great deal of pain most of the time ... but I'd be hard-pressed to know a more faith-filled lady. My husband and I were just talking about that over lunch.
ReplyDeleteIt's really amazing how some people retain their faith in the most difficult of circumstances. I was talking to someone I know who is in great pain only a few minutes ago. His faith astounds me.
DeleteGod bless you and yours, Mevely.
Forgive us our tresspasses as we forgive those who tresspass against us

You bring up some important things to consider, Victor - lots to consider. I will consult the Answer Book - the Bible :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Chris. I'm sure you'll find the answer there.
