He had seven hundred wives and three hundred concubines.
Can you imagine having to deal with seven hundred mothers-in-law? And that does not include the concubines' mothers.
It does not seem very wise to me!

Perhaps that’s where he got the wisdom? No, he got it from the Lord, and then ignored it and ended up with hundreds of mothers-in-law. Always listen to God’s wisdom!

We have all heard of the wisdom of Solomon. Perhaps he carefully avoided all contact with the mothers of his wives? Maybe that was his true wisdom. Tis funny to think on that.
