Fortunately, it looks for us. (1st one)
ReplyDeleteSociety is changing so much; and not always for the better.
DeleteGod bless, Sandi.
...and many NEVER had a moral compass.
ReplyDeleteYes, you are certainly right, Tom.
DeleteGod bless you.
Lots of people probably never heard of a moral compass and what it means.
ReplyDeleteSad but true. No conscience no moral compass.
DeleteGod bless, Bill.
The destiny one is thought provoking and powerful.
ReplyDeleteThe thought came to me in prayer.
DeleteGod bless, Kathy.
Dearest Victor,
ReplyDeleteThat top one is SO true!
They are looking in all the wrong places for a substitute of Faith; which is only one about Faith, Hope and Love.
Love the jelly fish description but doubt that those in need of reading it, will look here...🧐
Hugs,
Mariette

DeleteI like your sense of humour, Mariette.
You are right, sadly peoples' moral compass these days leads many to being selfish and materialistic.
God bless always.
True Victor, only looking for earthly pleasures and luxuries... not saving nor earning mileage for their ONE-WAY ticket to HEAVEN! 💞
DeleteThanks! Now I feel better, referring to the Jelly Fish. They are proven to be wise anyway, I think there are more in the warm Mediterranean Sea than anywhere methinks. LOL.
ReplyDeleteI believe you're right, Jack. There are plenty of jelly fish in the Mediterranean Sea; this is because holidays there are cheaper than in other places. You get sun, sea and plenty of tourists to sting.
DeleteGod bless.
I like humanity trying to understand the all powerful.
ReplyDeletePeople tend to analyse God as if He were an insect under the microscope and try to understand Him in human terms. How stupid we are.
DeleteGod bless, JoeH.
These are all great in one form or another. I think my favorite is #3. Thank you for being a friend!
ReplyDeleteMy parents had a picture with these words written on it in old style graphics.
DeleteI still have that picture.
God bless, Mevely. Thank you fro your friendhip and support.
All good quotes but that first one so true!!
ReplyDeleteSadly, it is true I feel.
DeleteGod bless, Happyone.
Wise words delivered in a fun way, Victor. I especially like the one about how we waste all our time trying to figure out a God who is unfathomable - why don't we just accept and trust instead of trying to understand?
ReplyDeleteBlessings!
That's the problem with people. They think they know it all and try to understand God, His motivation, strategy and tactics. It's a sign of arrogance I think.
DeleteGod bless, Martha.
People only think they want to be in control. You can tell because when the you-know-what hits the fan, they yell at G-d to get them out of the trouble!
ReplyDeleteSo true, Mimi. They turn to God as a last resort.
DeleteGod bless you.
