Hi Victor,no I do not believe what scientists say about stars etc. is true, and I do not believe they have evidence of what they say. However I do believe that the Word of God proves itself true, and I have had experiences of that.
Amen, Brenda. I cannot believe that the universe just happened by accident. There is so much "order" in everything it is obvious it is the work of a Master Creator.God bless.
So true. We can not believe for someone, they must decide if they are going to believe.I think you made a verbal typo at the end. Shouldn't it be: I think it takes more faith to believe there is not a God and these things happened randomly than to believe God did it.Or maybe I heard you wrong?😂
You are so brilliant, Sandi. You are right; it is a verbal typo, (I like that term). This was a live show on radio made many years ago; and it is the only tape I have, (sense the bad quality of sound). I did say it wrong at the time and did not realise. It was not until many years later, when I discovered the tapes and tried to restore them to digital sound that I discovered the mistake/typo. There was nothing I could do about it; so I posted the recording here as is the original. Apologies to you and all my listeners now ... and back then all those years.God bless you always my friend.
Thank you for blessing me through your message and wonderful music! Have a beautiful day, Victor!
Thank you so much my friend.God bless, Mevely.
Wonderful reflection, Victor! I love hearing clips from your old radio show, and this was no exception.Blessing!
Thanx Martha. Sorry about the slip of the tongue at the very end. As I explained to Sandi, these are original old tapes and I could not correct the mistake. I hope to post more tapes in future. See also the tapes at the tab REFLECTIONS SOUNDTRACKS above.God bless.
It's always nice to come and hear your voice and your message. Also the songs are wonderful. Funny how I pictured your voice before I listened to your videos. Thanks for a good Sunday Message that is timeless. God Bless, and my dearest thanks you for your comment on his prayer on my blog.
Thanx Wanda for your kind words. The recording today is a short segment from a Christian radio program I used to present years ago. It was called Time for Reflections - hence the title of this blog. I also used to present comedy programs as well as music programs.God bless you and your family.
So true. Talk is cheap. Actions proves our faith. Thank you for your prayers.
Thank you Sharon. Welcome here. It's nice to see you. Please call again soon and often.God bless.
You can set up a camera with sound in the forest and wait for a tree to fall. I would love to prove that there will be sound.I love your old radio shows.
Agreed Manny. But surely a camera is still "someone" but not in person. Also, another mystery that has always vexed me. You, being an engineer and scientist may be able to help. If a tree falls in the forest and there is no one there to see it, does it remain upright?Glad you like my radio programs. Pity I did not record many more, and so few survived the passage of time. Old magnetic tapes wear out so quick.God bless.
When a tree falls anywhere, the air vibrations that will become a sound when they hit the eardrums are there whether any eardrums are near by or not. Does that count as making a sound? That is for someone smarter than i am to argue.
You're right, Mimi, sound is when the air vibration hits the eardrums and the movement of the eardrums register with the brain. So without air vibration then no sound. Like, there is no sound if you shout in a vacuum. Especially if it is switched on and the bag is full of dust.God bless.
I PRAY FOR ALL WHO COMMENT HERE. God bless you.
