    1. Thank you so much Kim for visiting me. This was a recording I made some time ago when I presented a radio program. I used to pick a different subject to talk about each week.

God does hear our prayers. However desperate we are.

      Praying for you. God bless.

  3. Totally agree with you! God knows we are but dust and is compassionate towards us (Psalms 103:13-14). Good thing, huh? As far as praying, I usually just talk to God, although I have also prayed from out of the Bible--including the Lord's Prayer.
Thank you for your prayers--am feeling better most days now.
    Blessings, Aimee
PS: Wanted to thank you again for your post on how Jesus sees the wounds we gave Him daily and still forgives us. Those very words came to mind recently when I was tempted, momentarily, to be bitter towards someone who had hurt a family member very badly (that protective mama thing). But with that beautiful word picture in mind, how could I do that when He has forgiven me so much? I couldn't and that moment passed quickly :)

    1. Thank you for visiting me again Aimee.

Yes, God knows our limitations and when things go really bad He will not let us be tested beyond our endurance. After all, He is not in the business of losing followers!

As for forgiveness, as long as we try our best to forgive, however difficult it is, He will understand. The more the hurt we have suffered, the more difficult it is to forgive. So why not ask Him to forgive instead?

      God bless you, Aimee.

  4. Prayer is important but the most important thing is to listen to God and that involves reading His word rightly divided. (II Timothy 2:15) That way we know His will. Everything else just falls into place. ~:)
