Hi Victor, I would never be ashamed of Christianity, and am always proud of sharing my experiences in the Lord. Jesus is the greatest One Who has lived on earth, and still lives in us through the Holy Spirit. He is the One mediator between man and God and is able to do all things. God bless.
Great message! I wonder if the crowds were fickle - or just frightened. How different are we, today? I've no answers, but pray for wisdom. I've faith that all will be made clear someday.
I guess it was a bit of both, Mevely. Some were fearful of what the authorities might do to them, (like many are today). Others were fickle and would follow the majority so as not to stand-out from the crowd, (like many are today).
We are no different today, I fear. God bless you and yours my friend. Happy Easter.
Would I have gone along with the crowd and be so readily swayed from believing to condemning? Oh, I pray not! Lead us not into temptation. Have a blessed Holy Week, Victor!
Your question is the ultimate test of our faith, Martha. I really don't know how I would have behaved then. May the Lord be with us at times of trial. God bless you and your family in this Holy Season.
