Hi Victor, no I do not believe what scientists say about stars etc. is true, and I do not believe they have evidence of what they say. However I do believe that the Word of God proves itself true, and I have had experiences of that.
Amen, Brenda. I cannot believe that the universe just happened by accident. There is so much "order" in everything it is obvious it is the work of a Master Creator.

I think you made a verbal typo at the end. Shouldn't it be: I think it takes more faith to believe there is not a God and these things happened randomly than to believe God did it.
You are so brilliant, Sandi. You are right; it is a verbal typo, (I like that term). This was a live show on radio made many years ago; and it is the only tape I have, (sense the bad quality of sound). I did say it wrong at the time and did not realise. It was not until many years later, when I discovered the tapes and tried to restore them to digital sound that I discovered the mistake/typo. There was nothing I could do about it; so I posted the recording here as is the original. Apologies to you and all my listeners now ... and back then all those years.

Agreed Manny. But surely a camera is still "someone" but not in person. Also, another mystery that has always vexed me. You, being an engineer and scientist may be able to help. If a tree falls in the forest and there is no one there to see it, does it remain upright?
Glad you like my radio programs. Pity I did not record many more, and so few survived the passage of time. Old magnetic tapes wear out so quick.
When a tree falls anywhere, the air vibrations that will become a sound when they hit the eardrums are there whether any eardrums are near by or not. Does that count as making a sound? That is for someone smarter than i am to argue.

DeleteSo without air vibration then no sound. Like, there is no sound if you shout in a vacuum. Especially if it is switched on and the bag is full of dust.
