Once again ...

Once again readers have e-mailed me about the Coat of Arms displayed on the right-hand sidebar.

Have you noticed it?

It is the Coat of Arms of one of my medieval ancestors. Read all about him HERE.

  1. ...I doubt that our clan ever had a coat of arms.

    1. You can have one made here in the UK, Tom. Just give them some family background and they'll design one for you. Also a Tartan if you wish.
      God bless.

  2. I remember how much your original post made me laugh, Victor, and I revisited it. In all seriousness, my maiden name is "Murdy" and I think we do have a coat of arms design. I'll have to check with my brother to make sure. Blessings!

    1. Great to hear you have a Coat of Arms, Martha. Perhaps you can post a photo on your Blog.

I'm glad that my humour is still OK after 10 years from the original posting.

      God bless you always.

  3. Giggled then ... and NOW. (Like someone wrote, laughter is just carbonated holiness.)

    1. Every so often I go back and read old posts and say, "Did I really write that? Was it with or without whisky?"

      God bless you Mevely.

  4. We have a coat of arms and it's on a coaster, a friend sent it to us when she saw it in a tourist shop.
