...Hark, a word that only seems to be used at Christmas!
ReplyDeleteYeah...you never hear it any other time. I think we should start saying it always.
DeleteI heard a dog say it when he had a sore lip and could not bark!
DeleteKeep smiling Tom and Sandi. I just could not resist !!!
God bless you always.
Dearest Victor,
ReplyDeleteIt is a season with wonderful songs, those that have meaning and depth!
Hoping that our practice with orchestra at 9:00 AM, then part of the Händel's Messiah during Mass at 11:00 AM and the entire thing at 2:30 PM will go well.
Did make the roast beef rosettes for on the canapés with a spread that I will take afterwards to the Christmas party.
Hugs,
Mariette
Best wishes for a successful concert. Would love to have been there. I am sure it will be a great success. You and Pieter are so talented.
DeleteAlso, wishing success at the party afterwards.
God bless you always, Mariette.
Mass is over: https://fb.watch/9-9dufxeoA/
DeletePieter is seated to the right of conductor, gray hair...
I'm to the left second row, sometimes visible.
Thank you Mariette.
DeleteYes, I could see Pieter in the congregation. And you singing ALLELUIA from number 55:00 onwards.
Great concert. Thank you.
God bless always.

DeleteOne of my all-time favorites! I'd never heard this rendition, but am enjoying it. Wishing you a blessed day!
ReplyDeleteIt's a new version I had never heard before until today.
DeleteGod bless you always, Mevely my friend.
One of my favorites but I never heard this version either.
ReplyDeleteYes, it's a new version for me too. I liked it and thought I'd share it.
DeleteGod bless, Bill.
So many great Christmas hymns.
ReplyDeleteYes indeed, Happyone.
DeleteGod bless.
May we all indeed hark and listen and make room in our hearts for the Savior.
ReplyDeleteAmen Mimi. Well said.
DeleteGod bless.
When I was little that used to be my favourite Christmas Song, now my favourite is Silent Night.
ReplyDeleteI sang Silent Night recently. I'll post my recording.
DeleteGod bless, River.
