    1. Yes, it's a sad song about a scenario no doubt replayed all over the world. Bobby Bare recorded quite a few great songs; one of my favourite Country singers.

  7. thecontemplativecat here. We have a Richie's Diner that we visit frequently. The song was so meaningful. I guess people who have been around for a while can really appreciated.
