On the Radio

 

Years ago I presented a Christian program on the radio entitled "Time for Reflections". Here's a short excerpt.

Mentioned in the program is Merlin Carothers' book "Prison to Praise". Here's a link.

    :) It's been a long time since I've heard the theme from "Exodus" (1960 or so).
    Quite a bit here - the first that jumped our at me was that when Jesus said 'go' - they went. The point(s) about expressing thanks - and, of course, remembering that God is large and in charge - indeed, yes!

      How great it is to see you visiting here, Brian. It's been a long time of course - not as far as the 1960s but a long time all the same. Thank you for calling.

      Indeed, in those days, when Jesus said to the lepers go, they trusted Him and went. That was a true sign of faith; albeit they probably did not realise it until they were healed. I don't think the nine who did not return to say thanks were necessarily bad or evil. They were so excited to be healed that they ran home to their families and plain forgot to thank Jesus. Just like we often do.
